Instructor Bio

Eric Marcina has been teaching Urban Contender Kickboxing Bootcamp for over 5 years. Starting with martial arts from a very early age he has developed his own method of getting a body in amazing shape no matter what the age or fitness level. By combining various styles and disiplines over the years he has fine tuned each class to optimize results within only 60 minutes and a couple times a week!

 
Cardio Kickboxing
This is a martial arts fitness class like no other! Cardio kickboxing for fun and fitness takes the music and excitement of an aerobics class, combines it with karate techniques, making it the ultimate challenge for anyone – enthusiast or martial artist!
